| Dear colleague, We are proud to announce the second edition of the eLene-TT newsletter! eLene-TT is now well into its second year of existence and the various results of our work are beginning to be made public. Training European e-teachers The most visible of course are our teacher training actions. In 2005 we held a number of local, national and international workshops on themes such as streaming video, designing online collaboration activities and serious gaming. More than 25 higher education teachers from 5 European countries have signed up for our international online discussion event on Weblogs, Wikis and Learning Environments, which took place from May 17th to 23rd. The eLene-TT online resource centre These teacher training actions are just one facet of eLene-TT and to get this far we spent the first year of the project defining criteria, collecting and analysing tools and developing guidelines. All these and more will soon be available in our online resource centre, devoted to supporting ICT-related teacher training in higher education. More about this in the next issue! Working in a European eLearning project If you're curious to know more about us and how we work together, you might like to take a look at the video interviews of some of the team members, filmed during our recent project meeting in Milan.
